DMCA Policy for Baked Ravioli
Baked Ravioli respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") Policy outlines the procedures for reporting alleged copyright infringement and for submitting counter-notifications regarding material removed from our services.
It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via the Baked Ravioli service, please notify our Designated Copyright Agent as set forth below.
Filing a DMCA Infringement Notice
If you believe that content available on or through Baked Ravioli infringes one or more of your copyrights, please send a written DMCA Notice of alleged infringement to our Designated Copyright Agent, including substantially the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed: Provide a detailed description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing: Provide a description of the material that you claim is infringing and sufficient information to permit us to locate the material on the Baked Ravioli service. This should include the URL(s) of the specific material you are complaining about.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, Baked Ravioli will expeditiously remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and take reasonable steps to notify the user who posted the material.
Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must be a written communication that includes substantially the following:
- Identification of the material: Identify the specific material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (e.g., URL) at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury: Include a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your contact information: Provide your name, address, and telephone number.
- Consent to jurisdiction: Include a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Baked Ravioli may be found.
- Acceptance of service of process: Include a statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of alleged infringement or an agent of such person.
- Your physical or electronic signature: Provide your physical or electronic signature (e.g., by typing your full name).
- Send to our Designated Agent: Send the complete counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent via the contact information provided on our Contact Us page.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, Baked Ravioli will forward a copy to the original complaining party. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, member, or user, the removed material may be replaced, or access to it restored, in 10 to 14 business days after receipt of the counter-notification, at Baked Ravioli's sole discretion.
